Each service is different so here’s some things to know before booking an appointment:

$31 non-refundable DEPOSIT is required for ALL scheduled appointments NO EXCEPTIONS. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. At time of service you’ll be able to pay your remaining balance in CASH, ZELLE, CASH APP $delicatetouches with 2% transaction fee, or by CREDIT CARD with a 5% transaction fee. Deposits are for securing your appointment time, not for hair or wig purchases - ALL custom hair, color and wig orders have to be paid in FULL before the service is completed.

I have the right to refuse any services. Example: if you want a touch up on an install that is over 2-3 weeks old. I recommend getting regular washes, lace maintenance timely and treating your natural hair with care.

🚨For USED LACE WIGS that was customized and/or applied by someone else. I’m willing to work with closures and frontals that are in good shape up to my discretion. I highly recommend brand new laces (lace uncut and unbleached) to get the best quality of my work from me. If you have a used wig you’d like to save the hair on, I can offer my reconstruction services and we can discuss purchasing a brand new frontal or closure to match.

It is also state board protocol, for my reputation l am 100% compliant with safety and sanitation rules. For BRING YOUR OWN BUNDLES wig service, the total balance is due at the time of consultation, consultation is required for all new wig purchases to take your measurements and discuss any needs or concerns pertaining to the wig service. Sending photos of a used lace before meeting to verify if I can work with it helps a lot (this applies to custom color services as well)

🚨**PSA** During your service, If your hair takes longer than 20 mins to wash/detangle due to previous braids, locs or glue residue from a quickweave $30 will be added to the service total.
