How do I care for my bundles/wig/unit?

The most beautiful hair is clean and healthy hair, here’s my wash instructions:

1 . Start by detangling the extensions with a wig brush. If detangling curly hair, spray mist the unit first with water. When brushing begin at the ends and detangle all the way up to the wefts.

2 . Hold the unit firmly in hand and dip into fresh warm water to saturate all the strands. Once the entire piece is wet use shampoo all over focusing on keeping the hair straight during the wash process.  Rinse and repeat as often as necessary.

3 . To cleanse lace, allow the lace or entire wig to soak in soapy water for a minimum of 10 mins. The debris on the lace should turn white, peel the loosened glue off. If adhesive is still stubborn, use a unwanted textured cloth with rubbing alcohol to rub excess glue off the inside of the lace. Do not brush, rub or scrap the hair side of the lace. If bulbs of loose glue get stuck on the hair strands, while the unit is still damp, use conditioner and a fine tooth comb to comb through and rinse well. Repeat as often as needed.

4 . Put conditioner on the hair only (avoid the lace) Use as much as you like, coating the strands and brush through to ensure even distribution. Allow to sit 5-10 mins. For deep conditioning, let sit overnight. Rinse until water runs clear and hang to air dry.

* Remember when the hair is wet it is more vulnerable so take your time when washing.
