Please remember custom wig orders turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, business days.

If you are sending in hair, you have 2 weeks (10 business days) to send or drop off your hair to create a custom wig.

There are absolutely no refunds on custom wig orders. There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled wig orders after 24 hours.
